10.2 In any case we have quoted a wrong price for a product, then we shall notify the actual price of the product you ordered before we dispatch the product to you so that you can decide whether you wish to proceed with the order at that price. If you decide not to proceed with the order of the product, we will give you full refund of the amount already paid for that product in accordance with our refund policy.

 

10.3 The price of a product does not include the delivery charge, which will depend on our policy and the delivery method you choose and will be added during checkout

11.1 All products advertised are subject to availability or while stocks last (as may be applicable).

 

11.2 We try to ensure that we always stock the full product range and will let you know if the product is out of stock.

 

11.3 In the interests of all our customers, we may place restrictions on bulk buying of some products. Lightingsouq reserves the right at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity per person, per household or per order. 12.1 Your order is an offer to buy from us. We will send you an order acknowledgement email /sms detailing the products you have ordered.

14.1 Once the customer has placed an order it cannot be cancelled. If so delivery charges and 2% of value of the product will be deducted from the customer.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Lightingsouq and accept Lightingsouq decision regarding the cancellation.

If you received a damaged product, then you may contact/register your complaint to our customer service or call our toll free number for further proceedings within 24 hours of the receipt.

In case of non-availability of the stock, the company shall refund the full amount paid by the customer. The customer will not be liable to get any compensation for any reason whatsoever, including non-availability of the stock/product, delay in delivery and service.

The refund will be credited within 7 – 10 working days after acceptance.

17.1 Payment for your products will be taken at the time you place your order, payments are done through a professional third party Cyber source payment gateway.

18.1 Free gifts and promotional products that are given away in conjunction with a purchase may be dispatched to you separately and delivery times may vary.

18.2 If you change your mind and return your product, you must also return any free gift or promotional product associated with the promotion and received by you as a result of that order.
